    June 16, 2018
    12:45 pm - 6:30 pm

Join Foxy Travel Saturday, June 16th for an afternoon at the beautiful and historic Boston’s Symphony Hall for the Spring Boston Pops presentation of West Side Story in concert. Bernstein’s most beloved Broadway score comes to life performed by the Pops in all its dramatic richness. A cast of Broadway singers join the orchestra for this concert presentation of America’s own Romeo and Juliet, separated by the racial and social strife of 1950’s New York, which remains relevant today. From the first notes to the final breath, this landmark musical is one of the greatest love stories of all time, and Bernstein’s score, with lyrics by Stephen Sondheim, is regarded as one of the best ever written. We will arrive at Boston Symphony Hall at approximately 2:15 pm and the performance will begin at 3:00 pm. Our seats are reserved in the First Balcony. Keith Lockhart will be the conductor. We will depart directly after the show’s conclusion and return at approximately 6:30 pm.
