A family owned travel agency located in the Blackstone Valley that still believes in personalized service. Established by Donald Menard in 1981, we have been committed to doing what is best for the client that has made Foxy Travel one of the few independent travel agencies still in the area.

Motorcoach Tours Booking & Cancellation Policy:

Booking Policy: No reservations are made without payment received per person.

Booking in our office, by phone or mail: We accept Cash, Check, Debit/Credit and Foxy Travel Gift Certificates. Debit/Credit will have a service fee of $2.50 per transaction.

GC’s must be physically presented for use.

Booking on our website: We accept Debit/Credit with payment in full ONLY, with no service fee.

One-Day Tour Minimum Deposit – $10 per person

Multi-Day Tour Minimum Deposit – $25 per person

Balances are due IN FULL by the listed final payment due date, found on all receipts, flyers and our website.

Cancellation Policy: Minimum Deposit per person is non-refundable at any date of cancellation, regardless of form of payment at booking or the cancellation reason.

If customer cancels prior to the listed final payment due date, any monies paid towards the trip will be refunded, minus deposit paid per person.

One Day tour: If customer cancels after the final payment due date but > 14 days from departure, the remaining balance of monies paid will be refunded, minus any non-refundable items Foxy has paid for the tour and deposit per person.

If customer cancels < 14 days of departure, NO REFUND will be given. 

Multi Day tour: If customer cancels after the final payment due date but > 30 days from departure, the remaining balance of monies paid will be refunded, minus any non-refundable items Foxy has paid for the tour and deposit per person.

If customer cancels < 30 days of departure, NO REFUND will be given. 

If Foxy Travel finds a replacement guest, a refund minus deposit per person will be given, after receiving the replacement guest’s payment in full. Customer may also find their own replacement and work out their own refund with said replacement.
