Booking Policy

  1. No reservations are made or guaranteed without payment per person received.
  2. Guests have the option of making a minimum deposit per person to register, or pay in full. Deposit denominations are: $10 per person Single-Day Trip, $25 per person Multi-Day Trip, and non-refundable.
  3. Balances owed are due by the listed final payment due date.

Accepted Forms of Payment:

  1. Registering via website requires Payment In Full with Credit/Debit, no service fee applied.
  2. Registering via mail, in office or by phone: We accept Cash, Check, Credit/Debit. Credit/Debit will incur a $2.50 service fee per transaction.
  3. Foxy Travel Gift Certificates must be physically presented for use.
