Foxy Travel/FTI Coachlines is adhering to all FMCSA mandated covid19 guidance in regards to charter services. Please familiarize yourself with our policies before booking any motorcoach tours. It is the guest(s) responsibility to Know Before You Go, regarding any covid19 policies for Foxy Travel, in your state of residence, the tour destination state and the destination venues.

Office Hours: Our regular office hours are Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm. Saturdays are by appointment only. Mask’s are no longer required for vaccinated guests in our office.

Cleaning Coaches: FTI Coach Lines has always had a reputation for having industry leading cleanliness. We will continue to thoroughly clean and fog our coaches before every charter, with EPA-approved disinfectants.

Driver Safety: Our drivers are fully vaccinated and no longer require a buffer of blocked seating between the driver and guests. Out of an abundance of caution, FTI Coach Lines drivers will be temperature checked at the beginning of every shift and certify that they are free of Covid-19 symptoms. In addition, if total guest count allows spacing of guests on the coach, we will block seats around the driver as a buffer.

Motorcoach Traveler Safety: We are asking for masks to be worn for boarding and unloading of coaches for all guests, regardless of vaccination status. Masks must be worn at all times, outside of dining/drinking, for any unvaccinated guests. Mask requirements, and any other Covid19 specific policies, must be adhered to at any visited venue or destination while on a Foxy Travel tour. We will continue to require a signed Covid19 waiver, due per person prior to boarding any of our motorcoach tours: Coaches are at 100% capacity capability. Although no longer a guideline, if the total guest count on a tour allows spacing of guests on the coach – we will continue to skip rows and provide some social distancing, including providing a buffer for our coach driver. Our booking and cancellation policy is in full effect.

7/29/2020: The worldwide Coronavirus/Covid19 pandemic has impacted the travel industry in ways we never would have expected just a few short months ago. We here at Foxy Travel & FTI Coach have remained committed to educating ourselves on the ever-changing guidelines and restrictions in an effort to maintain our guests and employee’s safety and wellbeing. As the CDC and our governor release guidance, our Covid19 strategies continue to evolve as well. If at any time you are concerned with our procedures, we welcome your feedback. We ask that during these trying times guests demonstrate kindness to our employees as we are all navigating this version of traveling together!

Cleaning Coaches:

FTI Coach Lines has always had a reputation for having industry leading cleanliness, and yes, we are stepping up that effort even more. Before every charter, our coaches are thoroughly cleaned with EPA-approved disinfectants. All high touch surface touch areas such as the handrails, driver dashboard, overhead bin latches, arm rests and lavatory are wiped down with disinfectant. Finally, each coach is fogged with an epa-approved chlorinated disinfectant which has a COVID-19 kill time of 1 minute.

Driver Safety:

FTI Coach Lines drivers will be temperature checked at the beginning of every shift and certify that they are free of Covid-19 symptoms. We have blocked off the first 2 rows to maintain distancing between the driver and guests. The driver will remain 6 feet away from guests at all times. The driver will be the last one to board the coach and the first one to disembark. PPE has been provided to all of our drivers and will also be available for any guest without. We have also implemented a touchless gratuity system using Venmo for drivers and escorts.

A motorcoach is a public space and subject to the conditions thereof and Foxy Travel, inc/ FTI Coach Lines and its employees assume no responsibility to police/enforce passenger compliance as to passenger mitigation efforts (wearing masks, distancing, following CDC guidelines) and/or state/federal executive orders, regulation, law or guidance.

Traveler Safety:

Our tours will run at 50% capacity or less until otherwise notified. This limited capacity count includes employees present. A 56 passenger Motorcoach will have no more than 26 persons on board. There is no current limit on passenger count for, we will take this on a case by case basis, but in all circumstances, the first 2 rows behind the driver will remain blocked.

Wearing a mask is required by all travelers. Guests must wear masks while boarding and disembarking. You may remove your mask once seated in your assigned seat. Guests may not change seats throughout the day and should limit movement around the coach to only necessary actions. If a guest leaves their seat, they must put their mask back on first. Masks will be provided by Foxy Travel for any guestwithout. Additionally, mask requirement and any other COVID-19 specific policies, must be adhered to at any visited venue or destination.

Hand sanitizer use is encouraged and available in the front of the coach and lavatory. It will also be available before boarding the coach and upon disembarking.

Check-in will take place outdoors and we will not have the office open for waiting. Travelers will be asked to maintain social distancing during the check-in process and are welcome to wait in the car after checking in.

Coaches will be loaded by seats assigned from the rear to the front. Coaches will always disembark from assigned seats in the front to the rear. Guests are asked to maintain proper distancing while loading/unloading.

Seating assignments will be given upon check in, spaced every third row and pre-determined by employees only, in the order of registrations received. Guests whom are traveling together, family members or live within the same household, will be grouped together for seating.

Waiver Requirement:

While we are making efforts to mitigate risks, if you choose to utilize Foxy Travel, inc/ FTI Coach Line’s services and/or enter onto/into Foxy Travel, inc/ FTI Coach Line’s premises or coaches, you assume any/all risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19 or any other communicable disease.

Being a small business, we want to make sure everyone understands the risks to travel and want to make sure we are here for the long term for your travel needs. Moving forward the below waiver is required per person in order to attend any Motorcoach Event with Foxy Travel; FTI Coach Lines. This waiver will be available for printing on our website, will be mailed to every registered guest with their confirmation receipt and available upon check-in of any Motorcoach event

Motorcoach Tours Booking & Cancellation/Refund Policy:

Since March, Foxy Travel has made every effort to cancel and postpone all Motorcoach Events that we deemed unsafe for our travelers and employees. We have issued full refunds, gift certificates and transfer of funds to each registered guest that chose to cancel their travel plans, regardless of the reason or date of cancellation.

As the state of MA and surrounding New England states have phased open, we have shifted away from canceling tours and we are making every effort to get back on the road traveling safely with you all. Motorcoach Events that are confirmed “a go” by final payment due date, are subject to our posted booking & cancellation policy. We will continue to work with registered guests on a case by case basis to provide as much as a refund as possible, within the terms of our cancellation policy. Please understand that if a tour is confirmed “a go” by the final payment due date, Foxy Travel is then purchasing tickets, meals, etc. that may not be refundable; and in turn cannot be refunded to you. We will continue to issue 100% refunds on any Motorcoach event that is canceled by Foxy Travel or the vendor we are visiting.  Please remember the CDC recommends you avoid contact with people who are sick, and if you are sick, stay home.

Office Hours and Covid19 policy:

Continuing our efforts to protect our employees and traveler’s safety and wellbeing, we have adopted the following hours and policy when entering our offices.

In-person office hours are Monday – Friday 10:00 am – 2:00 pm. Appointments may be made outside of these hours by scheduling with [email protected] or calling the office 508.234.4585. We are also available by phone and email Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.

We ask that only travelers that require in person assistance visit the office. IE no personal visits.

Masks that cover the nose and mouth must be worn at all times when in the building.

Only 1 family/group of travelers will be permitted at an employee’s desk and only 1 family/group of travelers will be permitted in the waiting area. If at anytime we reach capacity, you will be asked to wait in your car.

As always, our Motorcoach bookings can be processed with payment in full on our website or by mailing a check to P.O. Box 579, Linwood MA 01525. Vacation inquiries are also available 24/7 on our website.

    Great place to book a vacation I would like to especially commend Tammy for her professionalism. Although we had our cruise canceled due to covid she has continued to work with us to ensure that we received our money refunded to us . We have been booking cruises through foxy for a number of years and Tammy has made the process so easy. Thank you
