Cabbage Island Clambake 7/18/20

Join Foxy Travel for an exciting day trip to Cabbage Island, Maine on Saturday July 18th.

We will start the day by boarding the Bennie Alice and embarking on a 1 hour narrated tour of scenic Boothbay Harbor. Once the Bennie Alice docks on Cabbage Island, it’s time for the main event… an authentic downeast clambake that includes fish chowder, two lobsters, steamers, potatoes, onion, egg, corn on the cob and the best blueberry cake in Maine. Not a lobster person? They also serve roasted half chickens in lieu of lobster for those who prefer a poultry option. We will be on the island for lunch approx. 1:30 pm – 3:45 pm. Once you have finished your meal, guests are encouraged to explore the grounds and gift shop. A half hour return trip aboard the Bennie Alice to our coach will bring our adventure to an end. Due to the length of travel, we will make a comfort rest stop both on our way to Maine and enroute home. Please be advised: Cabbage Island is not handicap friendly. Attending guests must be able to disembark the Bennie Alice, walk on the dock and an unpaved trail up to the main buildings. Should you require assistance with this, you must have a traveling partner with you that can accommodate you.

Guests requesting Chicken (instead of Lobster) must notify Foxy at the time of registration.

6:30 am Check in at Millbury Ma Pike Park & Ride, 6:45 am Depart.

9:30 pm Approx Return
