11/25 Update: All registered guests have been contacted via email or by phone, regarding the new travel restrictions and the options available; continuing on the tour or canceling. At this time, we have received enough “no” responses to determine we will not be able to fill a coach and this trip is officially canceled. If you have not already done so, please reach out to Tiffany at [email protected] with your selection of a check refund, Gift Certificate or transfer of funds to a different tour (12/4 La Salette and 12/12 Publick House Holiday both have limited availability). Refunds will take approx 3 weeks and will arrive via mail.
Reminder: This trip was confirmed to go as of 7/29 and subject to our regular booking and cancellation policy. With final payment date having passed, cancellation penalties are in place and non-refundable within 30 days, ie as of 11/13/20.
Update: NH is a MA approved state to travel to without having to quarantine or provide a 72 hr negative covid test. MA is also an approved state to travel for NH with no restrictions! WooHoo!! This trip is confirmed to go as of 7/29.

Join Foxy Travel for a White Mountain Christmas you will never forget! This elegant resort features one of the most spectacular mountain settings found anywhere in New England. The hotel will be completely decorated in colonial style Christmas, reminiscent of the famous décor in Colonial Williamsburg. Day 1 will include tax-free downtown shopping in the village of Conway, lunch on own, a Yuletide Welcome Reception, dinner at Ledges Restaurant and evening entertainment by award winning country artist, Debbie Myers.
Day 2 will start with a hearty country breakfast in Ledges before departing to nearby Nestlenook Farm for Australian Sleighrides! After your tour, you will return to the hotel for a scrumptious lunch in Ledges and time for relaxation. This evening you’ll be treated to another elegant dinner and entertainment provided by long time favorite, James Michael.
Day 3 enjoy breakfast at Ledges before departing on your second tax free shopping excursion and lunch on own before completing our White Mountain Christmas adventure.

White Mountain Hotel & Resort Covid19 Policy:
The White Mountain Hotel & Resort reopened their doors on July 1st, 2020, on their 30th Anniversary! In compliance with the NH Governor and NH Reopening Task Force, they have developed a set of guidelines to ensure the safest and most enjoyable stay possible.
All employees have gone through a covid19 training program. Daily temperature checks are required of all staff and a detailed health log of each employee is being maintained by the executive team.
Face masks are required in ALL public spaces and social distancing is required. Additional staffing has been implemented to thoroughly clean and sanitize all public spaces and high touch points in the Hotel on a frequent basis. Sanitizing stations have been installed at each elevator landing, in the lobby, in the gym and at the entrance to the restaurants.
Protective plexiglass has been installed at the front desk. Upon arrival and check out, one member of your party will handle registration and paperless check in/out via email address is preferred. Face masks and hand sanitizer will be offered at the front desk if needed.
All rooms will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized using a fogging sanitizer. All staff will be wearing facial coverings while cleaning. Guest room cleaning will not be conducted for two – night or less stays. Guests staying longer than two nights have the option to receive guest room cleaning on the 3rd, 5th and 7th night of stay. A housekeeping amenity form will be provided on your door if you should need additional amentities at any time.
All meal reservations at both the Ledges Restaurant and Tullemore Tavern will be made in advance, limiting the amount of guests in accordance with current indoor capacity limitations. All restaurant staff will be wearing facial coverings and tables have been placed 6 feet apart. Face masks are required by guests when entering and exiting but may be removed when seated. All buffets have been suspended and replaced with grab & go options and plated meals. Condiments will be offered in single use containers, menus will be one time use only and silverware will be sanitized and wrapped in linen napkins. Stringent cleaning and sanitizing protocols will be adhered to at all times in the restaurant, tavern and kitchen.
