Wednesday, December 10th – Friday, December 12th, 2025! 

This elegant resort features one of the most spectacular mountain settings found anywhere in New England. The hotel will be completely decorated in colonial style Christmas, reminiscent of the famous décor in Colonial Williamsburg, with its newest round of renovations complete! The resort also has outstanding facilities such as the renowned scenic dining room Ledges, the Tullamore Tavern, a full health club, sauna, game room and year round outdoor heated pool & jacuzzi.

Day 1 will include a comfort stop at The Common Man, lunch on own at The Muddy Moose, shopping in downtown Conway at quaint stores such as Zebs General Store, a Yuletide Welcome Reception in the Tullamore Tavern, dinner at Ledges Restaurant and evening entertainment in the Echo Ballroom. 

Day 2 will start with breakfast in Ledges before departing for Nestlenook Farm Austrian Sleigh Rides! After your sleighride, you will return to the hotel for lunch at Ledges. Next it’s your choice of entertainment in the ballroom or shopping off-resort. This evening you’ll be treated to another elegant dinner in Ledges, entertainment in the ballroom and a visit from Santa with a special gift. 

Day 3 enjoy breakfast at Ledges and your last morning at the White Mountain Hotel & Resort. We will make a comfort stop at The Common Man for lunch on own and return at approx. 3:00 pm.

… Things to Know…

•  There is NO option to remain on the coach, or travel to the hotel earlier than our anticipated arrival of 4:00 pm, to avoid the scheduled shopping stop Day 1. Guests must exit the coach and adhere to the purchased tour itinerary, which includes outdoor shopping. 
•  Room Accommodations are 2 Double Beds or 1 King Bed. Room placement is at the discretion of WMR. 
•  The dress code for dining at Ledges Restaurant is resort casual. Please refrain from T-shirts, athletic shorts, torn jeans, tank tops, under shirts, baseball hats, pajama bottoms, flip flops and slippers. 
•  Ledges Restaurant Lunch and Dinner include 3 courses: Soup/Salad, Entree, Dessert, 1 non-alcoholic beverage. Additional beverages and appetizers are not included and would require additional gratuity. 
•  Dinner @Ledges Restaurant: Dinner reservation times and tables are assigned by the White Mountain Resort staff, to properly pace and not overwhelm the kitchen and serving staff. Tables are comprised of 4 or 6 seats, and smaller parties within our Foxy Travel group will be joined together to complete a table. 
•  If you do not want to sit with other guests or simply do not like your dining time, this CANNOT be changed at Foxy Travel. You must make this change at the hostess desk of Ledges Restaurant once at WMR. The hostess will wait to seat the table for all parties to arrive – so if you’re not planning on attending, PLEASE CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION AT THE HOSTESS DESK. 
•  Breakfast @Ledges Restaurant: Times for breakfast are assigned by the WMR staff. Simply check in at the hostess desk and state how many people are in your party. They will seat you at the next available table. 
•  Guests are ALWAYS welcome to dine in the Tullamore Tavern and order the same food! Simply notify the hostess at Ledges Restaurant of your reservation cancellation. 
•  Gratuities for your meals, housekeeping and porterage has been included. Not included in your package: gratuities for alcoholic drinks, your tour escort or motorcoach driver. WMR asks that you please remember your server if you have ordered any items not included in the package!
•  Entertainment at the hotel is included in your package and optional. Should you choose to skip the afternoon show Day 2 to go shopping instead, that is your choice! Choose to skip the late night shows and relax at the resort, no problem – that’s your choice! 
• You are traveling to the White Mountains NH in December… pack appropriate weather attire! Winter wear and boots for our outdoor adventures!
