Registration is not guaranteed until we receive a Deposit per person or Payment in Full.
If you want to register by Deposit Only with Installment Payments – payment is accepted by Cash or Check, in the office or via mailed check ONLY. Final Payment is due 30 days prior to trip departure on a one day trip and 45 days prior on multi-day trips. Payment due dates are listed within each tour description.
If you want to register with your Credit/Debit card – payment is accepted in full ONLY, both online and in the office. If registering by Credit/Debit card in the office, each transaction will incur a $2.50 convenience fee.
Seating assignments are a courtesy and not a guarantee.
6/25/2021: As the CDC and our governor have released restrictions and updated guidelines, we too at Foxy Travel & FTI Coach have amended our policies to match.
Office Hours: Our regular office hours are Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm. Saturdays are by appointment only. Mask’s are no longer required for vaccinated guests, both in our office and on our coaches.
Cleaning Coaches: FTI Coach Lines has always had a reputation for having industry leading cleanliness. We will continue to thoroughly clean and fog our coaches before every charter, with EPA-approved disinfectants.
Driver Safety: Our drivers are fully vaccinated and no longer require a buffer of blocked seating between the driver and guests. Out of an abundance of caution, FTI Coach Lines drivers will be temperature checked at the beginning of every shift and certify that they are free of Covid-19 symptoms.
Motorcoach Traveler Safety: Mask’s are no longer required for vaccinated guests, both in our office and on our coaches. However, mask requirement and any other Covid19 specific policies, must be adhered to at any visited venue or destination while on a Foxy Travel tour. We will continue to require a signed Covid19 waiver, due per person prior to boarding any of our motorcoach tours: https://foxytravel.com/pdfs/covid_19_waiver.pdf. Coaches are at 100% capacity capability. Although no longer a guideline, if the total guest count on a tour allows spacing of guests on the coach – we will continue to skip rows and provide some social distancing.
