Motorcoach Tours

Motorcoach Tours Important Information:

• Travelers aboard Motorcoach tours should be able bodied to get on/off the coach and walk into/out of all stops on tour. If a traveler requires assistance with the above, they must travel with another guest who is designated to assist with said needs throughout the tour. 

• Seating Assignments are a courtesy and not a guarantee. Seat assignments are given at the time of registration. 

• Tour Activity Levels given are approximate and based on our previous tour experiences. Travelers should always inform themselves of a tours itinerary and determine if they should join a tour prior to booking. • Walkers, Wheelchairs, and Motorized Scooters must be stored beneath the motorcoach while in transport. Travelers must be able to store said items beneath the coach on own or travel with a designated guest to assist with placing said items beneath the coach. Coaches have a maximum capacity of 3 motorized scooters on multi-day tours to ensure space for luggage. Foxy Travel Tour Escorts & FTI Coach Drivers are NOT allowed to assist with the loading of these items due to liability.

How To Book Motorcoach Tours:

Booking Policy: No reservations are made without payment received per person.

Booking in our office, by phone or mail: We accept Cash, Check, Debit/Credit and Foxy Travel Gift Certificates. Debit/Credit will have a service fee of $2.50 per transaction. GC’s must be physically presented for use.

Booking on our website: We accept Debit/Credit with payment in full ONLY, with no service fee.

One-Day Tour Minimum Deposit – $10 per person

Multi-Day Tour Minimum Deposit – $25 per person

Balances are due IN FULL by the listed final payment due date, found on all receipts, flyers and our website.

Cancellation Policy: Minimum Deposit per person is non-refundable at any date of cancellation, regardless of form of payment at booking or the cancellation reason.

If customer cancels prior to the listed final payment due date, any monies paid towards the trip will be refunded, minus deposit paid per person.

One Day tour: If customer cancels after the final payment due date but > 14 days from departure, the remaining balance of monies paid will be refunded, minus any non-refundable items Foxy has paid for the tour and deposit per person.

If customer cancels < 14 days of departure, NO REFUND will be given. 

Multi Day tour: If customer cancels after the final payment due date but > 30 days from departure, the remaining balance of monies paid will be refunded, minus any non-refundable items Foxy has paid for the tour and deposit per person.

If customer cancels < 30 days of departure, NO REFUND will be given. 

If Foxy Travel finds a replacement guest, a refund minus deposit per person will be given, after receiving the replacement guest’s payment in full. Customer may also find their own replacement and work out their own refund with said replacement.
