Registration is not guaranteed until we receive a Deposit per person or Payment in Full.
If you want to register by Deposit Only with Installment Payments – payment is accepted by Cash or Check, in the office or via mailed check ONLY. Final Payment is due 30 days prior to trip departure on a one day trip and 45 days prior on multi-day trips.
If you want to register with your Credit/Debit card – payment is accepted in full ONLY, both online and in the office. If registering by Credit/Debit card in the office, each transaction will incur a $2.50 convenience fee.
Seating assignments are a courtesy and not a guarantee.
